<<CALLING ALL GOURMANDS>>

I'm in Oxford on Saturday and it's my turn to book the eating.

Having not been there for a while, any recommendations on restaurants? I know there is a Browns there which I've been to before but wondered if there's anything a bit more unique?

Cheers,

Neil

The only place I can think of is The Old Bank on the High St. Stayed there last year and had good service and food in the restaurant.

Ah Lanky - welcome to TV&S smile

Cheers gents, got recommended to eat and stay in the Crazy Bear down the road (where the hell is Stadhampton!?!) by a colleague so i've got the group in there.

Need to get Friday night sorted too - any of the usual reprobates out and about?

Crazy Bear is supposed to be very good although not been there myself. Stadhampton is in the middle of nowhere, although just along the road from me smile

Good grief, that Crazy Bear was as good as i'd heard. With a wine list which needs some more scrutinisation too smile

All in all, a massive thumbs up.
