rear tray needed

Hi i have been told by my local garage that i am missing a rear tray under the car, apparently this is only really there to help support the exhaust, Is this correct and do you actually know what i'm on about?

So was wondering if any one has one spare i could buy of where to get one, tried bellhill and douglas valley with no joy so far.

It's not just an exhaust support,it's a chassis closing plate and it's main purpose is to increase rigidity to the chassis.Why not place a 'wanted' in the classifieds if you've had no joy with the breakers.Come to that,it wouln't be the most difficult thing to make yourself?

There's also a heatshield plate at the back which protects the bodywork from the heat of the rear box and tailpipes, maybe he means that?
