Or it kills yet more british industry and tourism. Caravan owners generally drive more powerful cars due to the towing requirement add in a caravan tax and the savings from a caravan holiday vanish leaving a holiday abroad as the better option.

If this was true and they did start to tax sheds on wheels, what would happen with trailers for towing PHers race cars/track slags/restoration projects? I suspect the same rules would be applied to them.
