You read - Rims - To change or not to change ? and was gripped lol.

Seriously, thanks to all contributors and for the pictures. I am amazed at how different a wedge can look by changing the wheels. Lots to think about there.

Next one - and yep - again a persoanl choice - I know but :-

Rear Wing - To change or not to change ?

I have a SEAC wing on an SE - I am toying with changing it back to SE. I have not let the fact that some of my esteemed TVRCC colleagues at my local meet suggest that I can iron a shirt on it if late for a meeting or use it to surf on - haha

Does anyone have anything totally different on the boot ? Pics please.

So ......... SEAC, SE or nothing at all ? Whats the verdict ?

SE spoiler should be on an SE

SEAC spoiler should be on a SEAC

Not a fan of the naked look.

Just my opinion. Have no problem with people mixing & matching.

I would put the SE spoiler back, looks good with the under bumper wing.
In fact the 400SE looks better than a SEAC in that area..again imo.

I agree totally Wayne

Had to fit a spoiler to my 400SE as first job
and looks much better IMHO

All fair points and I am leaning towards changing TBH.

Got a quote for an SE one from TET - Best place to get one guys IYHO ?

The previous owner changed the boot hinges from hidden internal bolts to silver Hilman Imp ones located just behind the hood, should still look ok. Plus I can have an aerial again if I can find a radio loud enough to drown out the exhaust note ( hold on ..... why would I want to ? )

I take it the TET ones come unpainted so have the task of finding someone good with paint and a spanner ( Im not ) and I guess the boot lid will have a couple of unwanted holes in it where the SEAC was fitted too. Any recommendations for a good fitter and sprayer near Chelmsford anyone ?

Another thought ...... what to do with the SEAC one - it is in very good condition and in Italian Red - anyone interested if I go that route ? Be nice to get something for it to keep costs down, even if they wanna keep it for next winter and use it as a snow shovel or a sledge ?

Even better, anyone got an Italian Red SE spoiler and wanna swap for an Italian Red SEAC one ? ... very long shot I know lol

I ask a lot of questions don't I ? sorry guys but you bunch are so knowledgeable and I know nought.

Swapping bootlids with someone could be your easiest option...long as they line up ok. yes
