I don't know much about Christian festivals but why is the the day that Jesus was killed known as Good Friday?

A bit odd, no?

Goody Friday. I can see it catching on.

Everyone will put on an item of cheap leisurewear as a mark of respect.

Think you'll find because Jade Goody died on Mothering Sunday, it's now to be called Jade Sunday.

We'll all go up to the alter and be given a bit of kebab, "The body of Goody", and a slug of Cheep Cider "The blood of Goody"
