luving the ro,ruff noisy gearbox though

just loving driving my new ro ,any excuse to take it for a drive and wife loves it too ,
so im going to start having to hide the keys soon hehe.
am i been paronoid as there seems to be a fair bit of g/box whine specially in low keys mostly 2nd when driving slowly?

plenty of whirring, clattering and general industrial sounds that normally eminate from a metal pressing plant but not usually a whine - the only whine from mine comes from the passenger seat......

oh and the dif at 50 mph when I am coasting/slowing, but thats' in the "they all do that" category so not too bothered!

Unless it very noisey and speed dependant all the way to ... 160 odd leptons I shouldnt worry as they all make a fair amount of clatter, remember it a thumping great engine and box you have, not a ford mondeo special with a sewing machine under the hood.

thats a releif ! i guess a noiser exhaust on the wish list should drown all the diff and g/box noises not to mention the domestic appliance pleading to have a drive ....
