Those who were there will always remember JQ, and he and his band will always set the standard. Nothin' has come any where near close.

I was at Le Mans that year but don't remember JQ - there was some motor racing thing on at the same time and I was watching that instead.

JQ was fantastic,so were the Charlatans and the Levellers. I've seen the Levs 10-20 times so getting them free at Le Mans was a great bonus.
Perhaps we should start some recommendations, I would like The Stones or Bon Jovi next year.

Girls Aloud in the Hawaian Tropic outfits please.

They don't even need to sing, just dancing around will be fine for me.

OK, back on track - the band(s) must be booked, so does anybody know who they're going to be or when/where we can find out?

We are being told that it is those rock and roll giants "Pascale Picard + Pep's" on Wednesday and "Martin Solveig" on Saturday.

Lucky we've got our own band really...

I'm over with the ACO on Saturday and I'm goibg to start a one man campaign to get The Wonder Stuff on the bill.

Whats the PH top 10 list of bands to play Le Mans - be great if we could influence the selection for 2010!

So a Canadian rock band (wasn't releasing Bryan Adams on the world punishment enough?!?) and a French house music DJ...

Glad I go to watch the racing!

For me I would love to see Faithless play at LM. Or how about The Shirehorses? (Mark & Lard).
However The Wondestuff would be pretty cool!
