Hi techies, mods & admins !
In the "Sports" section looking at the "hardest footballer ever?" thread,
my IE7 popped up a "safety bar" on top saying something like :
"Showing content with safety certificate problems has been blocked on this site."
As this never happened to me within an PH page,
is this a problem with my browser
or are some of the embedded footie pics having bad digital aids or something ?
Regards,
Benni

P.S.:
Please bring back old-style PH, etc etc.

Hmm - I suspect this might be a side-effect on a long-awaited second phase of the PH forum overhaul, specifically a pay-per-view system for 'Premium' threads - the certificate validation error means your browsing credit level has fallen below zero, and isn't sufficient to view the content.

There will probably be an invoice in the post to bring your browsing credit back to at least a zero balance.

Hang on, just a second, I've just realised what this means:

Oh My God!........they billed Benni....you b@stards!

Caveat: all allegations made in this post are completely fictional, and have no basis in truth, and anyone who tells you otherwise is talking a load of old betty swollocks

I've not seen the thread but it's probably a picture that's hosted on a site that's generating the error. Can't say I've seen that effect, but I can see how it could happen.

If it was a problem with PH then it would be happening across the entire site, not just on that thread.

I suggest that it is probably one of the embedded images which is triggering it, but it is probably just being hyperactive. There is very little damage that an image can do!

Thanks Mr. Will, I just asked because this was new and unique in my PH days.
Also biggrin @ eharding, you should see me at Santa Pod in my old hooded brown(ish) parka,
that has caused some Kenny/Benni jokes already.

Benni
