Greetings!

Looks like i might be facing a rather unpleasant divorce frown involving kids, a house with no equity, and a rather attractive pension that I'd like to protect.

Can anybody give recommend me a good Solicitor in the SAS area? Its not the sort of thing I want to take a chance on and find out the hard way!

Cheers in advance

Don't have anyone who I'd recommend, but wish you well. Sorry to hear.

Oh Matt, sorry to hear of your dilemma. I can't offer any advice or recommendations, but there will always be a pint for you at the Prince if you just need to let off steam.

Echo the above comments Matt. Don't know any 'specialists' on this subject and at the end of the day, while you have to look after your own interests, I'm sure you'll want to do the best by your kids so all I can suggest is that you keep this at the forefront of your mind when coming to any agreements as to their future. If you can find a counsel that shares this 'vision,' I'm sure they will do all right by you as well.

Thanks for the supportive words.

Dave, I may well join you the Prince in the not too distant future - At the current time beer is the only cure i have found for my situation!

My main issue is trying to find a healthly balance between doing what you legally have to do, and doing what is morally right. Whilst the kids are at the forefront of my mind, i can't financially cripple myself just to make myself feel better about it all. I'm going to have to rebuild my life at some point, and as we all know, to do that you need money!

I obviously have a reasonably good support network through my employment, but i was just fishing for some personal recommendations. The fact that none of you can seems to indicate you have good successful marriages, which is a very good thing!!

That'd be great, whenever suits, there's no immediate rush at this point!
