Hi All

Can anyone tell me the torque setting for the bolts on the tie bars of a 400SE.
I am rebuilding the 'rear end' but can't find it in the bible or anywhere else.

Thanks in anticipation.

I think that is what I will have to do. I have put nyloc nuts on so should be ok. I'll check em after a while to make sure.

With the aggro I had re fitting them I don't think the bolts are going anywhere. wink

Lower link on trailing arm susp is 50 - 60.
That is after the car is on the ground of course.
Just "one hand tight" till the wheels are on.

Thanks Guys

I have just tightened up to what I think is about right.

Got a bit more to do on the 400 and it will be back on the road. Then I have just the 200 to sort. rolleyes
