36,000 mile service what has to be done?

Hi guys my car is due a 36,000 mile service in a couple of weeks.I take my car to a local chap for routine servicing always done a thorough job was wondering if any of you know what needs doing at 36,000 miles service interval.If any of you know would be great to know then i can give him a list of the things to be done checked/changed etc many thanks

Hi Chris , depends a bit on what was done at the last service ,but i would go with :
oil and filter
plugs
all belts
brake fluid
check turbo and manifold nuts to make sure they are tight
removes wheels and clean brake disc and calipers ,check pads
check for rust around rear chasis frame
check all ball joints and dampers .
tyre pressures and tyre ware
wash and polish and pay large bill !!!!!

Service & Inspect at 1000 Miles, Then every 6000-miles / 12 months

Marker : High Beam : Main Beam (operation & Alignment) : Tail : Brake : Indicators : Hazards
Wipers
Check Wiper Blades & Park Position : Wiper & Washer Operations : Washer Jets & Fluid Level
Bodywork
Panel Fit : Paint Finish : Panel Fasteners : Windows (operation & seals)
Lube Front & Rear Panel Hinges
Security
Door Locks (Check operation & lubricate) : Central Locking & Alarm Operation : Emergency Door Release
Engine
Visual Check for Fluid Leaks & Damage : Check Engine Mounts for Wear/Damage : Check Bolts
Coolant
Check Level - top off as necessary - Tighten Hose Clamps
Engine Oil
Drain : Replace Oil Filter : Refill
Spark Plugs
Examine at 1000 miles : Replace at 6000 miles : Gap at .040
Clutch
Check Hydraulic Fluid Level : Check for Leaks or Damage
Brakes
Check Hydraulic Fluid Level : Check for Leaks or Damage : Check Pad and Disc Wear
Tires
Check condition and Wear : Check Tread Depths (see page 2) : Check for Missing Wheel Weights
Gearbox
Visual Check for Leaks and Damage: Check Fluid Level (top off if necessary) : Check Linkage (adjust as necessary)
Exhaust
Check for Cracks, Leaks or Damage : Check Secure Location
Chassis
Check Chassis and Undercarriage for Damage
Steering
Check for Wear/Damage : Check PAS Fluid (top off if necessary)
Suspension
Check all Components, fittings and bushes for Wear/Damage : Check and Tighten Wheel Nuts, Check Wheel Bearings
Axel Nuts
Check, Tighten to 250 LbFt Use Thread Lock If Found Lose
Service & Inspect Every 12000 Miles / 24 Months

Clean and re-oil
Air Conditioning

Service & Inspect Every 24000 Miles / 48 Months
