Topic hover over preview?

From other forums when you get a list of new topics you can hover over the topic title and get a 2or3 line preview of the start of the post.

This is great and lacking on PH, and annoying as I am used to doing it but nothing happens here. I hearby put forward a motion that this feature is introduced somehow

It is on the list of things to investigate, so hopefully we should be able to add it fairly soon.
