Rototoms - Cool. Were these a recent purchase? I can't find anywhere in the UK that sells these and am not best disposed to paying $35 postage

I got my roto-toms a year or so ago but the shop I bought them from still sells them. http://www.drumwright.co.uk/store/productdetail.as...
Unless you live near Reading postage might be a bit much. If you do live nearish to Reading this is deffinetly the shop that I'd recomend buying anything drum related.
George.

Custom order/made Pork Pie kit: (Thin 4mm Keller Maple Shells for the toms, 10mm kick shell and 12mm snare)

20" Kick (x2 6" holz on the display head)
10" Tom
12" Tom
14" Hanging Tom

14" x 6" Snare (with no less than 52 air vent holes)

Whole kit is black gloss to silver sparkle finsh (i.e. black from the haeds to silver in the middle of the shell), black hardware (lugs, rims and holes)

All with Remo emperor heads.

Cymbals:
Set of Dark K Customs (22" Ride, 17" & 16" Crash, 13" hats, 10" splash)
Set of Constantinoples (same as above, but 14" hats and no splash)
Sabian HHX Dave Weckl ride 22"
Zildjian Dark K Sizzle Ride
Sabian HHX 13" hats
Zildjian Avedis 10" Hats
AAX Chinese
Meinl Gen-X Set (Crashes and China)
Sabain AA 8" Splash

Also have about 10 other snare drums (DW, Pork Pie, Gretsch, Tama, Vintage Ludwig etc)
A Mapex V-Series Kit (Practice)

I am a professional drummer, so I can argue that I need all the snares and cymbals, but for those that are drummers, it's hard not to get addicted.

Also, as this is a PH forum, for those that say the BMW 1-series is tiny and cramped in the back, my drum kit fits just fine with no problems. I don't even have to put the back seats down (5-Dr)

Dom

(p.s. did anyone else feel a bit geeky listing all their stuff?)

Roland TD10/TDW1 kit, DW additional hardware, Kit Toys 12" CF splash, Pearl remote hi-hat.

TD10/TDW1 fires MIDI into a MoTu Ultralite MKIII which runs to a MBP running Logic as a host for Toontrack Superior Drummer 2.1 with the Funkmasters expansion pack.

The whole lot then goes out through a cobbled together "PA" consisting of a Technics p/amp, twin Kef speakers and a dirty great Kenwood subwoofer - the neighbours love it...which is why I spend most of my time using headphones :-)
