2008 En Primeur Campaign
Discussion
I suspect Brian is the only one going to reply to this thread! (assuming it's even found by many people)
Anyway, I thought it might be worth opening up a discussion on here as the first few releases are trickling through
Angelus up first at £725 a case
Latour coming in a shade under £1600, which is MUCH more sensible, especially as '08 seems to be being compared to '04 and '02 in terms of quality.
LaFleur-Petrus at £600
They seem to be keeping release volumes very low though, so that could help prices further down the line I suppose.
Anyone got any insight into Mr Parker's scores yet?

Yes, it's nothing like as special as 2005 (but prices for that have gone through teh roof), most are comparing it to '04 or maybe elements of '02. Also a bit of a mixed back, some areas doing well, others rather patchy.
I rather like my St Julien so tend to concentrate around there and that's been fairly consistent across all Chateaux apparently
