For those of you with an iPhone please, I urge you, buy FlightControl (0.59p). One of the best and most addictive games on the App store.

Following another post I wanted to find out who else is totally addicted and find out how well/bad I am doing compared to others.

My current top score is 83.

83 Think i'm on 46 or so and that was a crazy then on screen!!!!!!

The stats said there were 16 planes on the screen. Struggling to get close now

Daughter is hitting 200.

I'm a pilot and only just reaching 100. I suspect that's because I'm flying realistic patterns and approaches. She just goes the wrong way up the runway and flicks it around over the numbers...

Up to 86 now adopting the fly up the runway technique but still well adrift 200.

Would love to know the stat on the max number of planes on screen at any one time for a 200 score. You can find this in your flight control statistics page.

My missus has got 71 and I can't get above 60 but now she's heard 200 is possible I won't get my iPod back for ages lol.

edited to add - the average score is because of my feeble attempts - 10-year old kiddie is usually over 100

edited to also add - another technique that helps her get to high numbers is that when there are a few a/c on the screen she parks them flying in tiny circles until she's landed a few

I use the parking function. Find it very useful but still need to work on the landing strategy.

Fair play on the 200, I have work to do. For some odd reason my top score is 86 but that included a moment when I had 16 planes on screen! (How do I screen grab on an iPhone?)

I use the direct technique for the helicopters, direct for the yellow (across red runway if from above) and whatever is required for the jets.

There is an update coming soon with online leaderboards then another update with new maps/aircraft.

I love the music too! Wish it would continue playing throughout. My current high score is 87.. I look forward to new maps!
