Fr. Is there any way I can set up windows, to once it has booted, Connecet to the net, then load up outlook, then load up pistonheads? So I can go off when its booting, come back and its all nicely loaded.

If you go to the control panel and go to scheduled tasks you should be able to set it up from there. Haven't tried it but it should work.

Plonk everything in the startup folder with pistonheads as your default site.
