Sag leaking coolant - Rad or Hose?

Small leak from drivers side of radiator as you look into engine bay. Seems to becoming from bottom of L shaped rubber pipe. Replace jubilee with proper band clip but still leaking, about 1/4 teacup when left overnight in garage and especially after run.

Is it worth replacing hose before investigating radiator? Very difficult to see where leak is from and more awkward to access.

Unlikely to be hose itself IMO as the hose is still fairly new, so worth buying one of those mirrors-on-a-stick (Halfords?)& looking closely with torch for source.

Hopefully not the rad - which would normally be from matrix area or its' connection to the end tank.
