My Car's a Liar

The thing is, I've checked and it is working.

Is this anything I should get sorted out before the next service? Or is my 10-year-old car just starting to develop "character"?

Heh you again, our E39s have a bit in common, mine tells me I have low washer fluid on occasion, I don't though... mines never courteous enough to say hello though
