Wet 335d

Just wanted to introduce myself to you, i have just bought a 56 plate 335d and very pleased i am too. Been out washing it this morning and when i was "leathering" the sills found that the carpet inside the car was wet on the front passenger side. Went around to do the drivers side sill and wet on the drivers side too. I must say not a lot of water, probably about an egg cupful on either side but nontheless, its there and shouldnt be. Just wondering if anyone one else has experienced this on E90's, is it a common fault?

Will take it to my dealer to see what they say.

Its my first beeemer by the way and very impressed, have moved over from Audi/VW
