Got somebody rebuilding my engine for me, just wondering should I renew anything while it's in bits?

I thought the oil pump, possibly a high pressure one.
Do I need head bolts?
Gaskets
Shells

Anything else?

If this guy knows what he's doing won't he give you a list when he's got it apart and inspected everything ?

What sort of mileage had it done, did it run ok, was oil pressure reasonable, how much you want to spend, how longs a piece of string . . . . . blabla

Mmmmmmmm

He's building it, but will install what I give him.

He has recommended a high capacity/pressure oil pump.

Engine had done 104k. Using pistons and ends and possibly crank this off spare engine I picked up. Using orginal block.

One more question...

What colour shall I paint it? And what colour coolant hoses?
