As we all know UT models are quite rare, so share the love and post up some good bargains you find on eBay. I found a nice 993 GT2:

There was a 993 GT1 which I lost out on in the last second, was outbid by 50p, grr! Only went for £13 as well!

I have a collection of 9 Escort Cosworth UT models from around years ago..

May have to stick em on ebay as they are boxed up in the loft!

Yeah, some UT models are getting expensive so might be worth a punt. I paid £15 for mine from an Autojumble thing, seen similar ones hitting 5 times that on eBay biggrin

And by the way, that Porsche GT2 I originally posted went for £60; couldn't believe it! A dark metallic grey McLaren F1 I was bidding on went for £60 as well, but that's more sensible due to the rarity of them, especially in that colour. I've got the highest bid on a silver one that's ending in about half an hour as well, only £16 so far biggrin

Are these actually worth something? I have the 993 GT2 sat here on my desk (which I'm trying to clear to move abroad) is it worth ebaying? No box mind.

Hmm no box is a bit of a downside. Put it this way, that GT2 I was looking at went for over £30, and another McLaren I was bidding on ended up being nearly £100. McLaren's are the rarest ones of all, which is why they command such a high price. I've shelled out about £120 in McLaren's in the last 5 years, at the minute just one model out of 4 is worth that, and the others not far behind. I don't intend to sell, but if I ever get so desperate for money I'd like to think they'll be worth a substantial amount in 10 years or so...
