Domenciali comes across as a bit of a knob in that report; he says he's heard that blah blah blah... Surely he's read the court transcript, or was there when the comments where made so knows exactly what was said? What was said wasn't that Ferrari's car was illegal, the opposite infact! They were arguing that the diffusers were legal because Ferrari's stepped barge boards where legal.

They just phrased it the opposite way round as it was a convenient way of attacking Ferrari's arguament and credibility.
