After no miles at all my new Defender SVX needs a new gearbox... grrr.. oh well

There's been a few reports over here with gearbox relacements, also diff failures.

Well new box will be in by Friday, just hoping there is still some of this sunny weather about then!

Oh and it was 3rd gear that was the problem, it didn't like slotting in, especially on a downshift

My 90 is nearly 2 years old now and I was thinking about changing it for a new one but as its been totally reliable(touches wood!)then I think Im better sticking to the one Ive got.Ive not even had to add any oil in 13000 miles.
