What to do with excess cooked beef?
Discussion
Sew the slices of beef onto a white hooded sheet in a camouflage pattern, for an overcoat that will make one truly invisible amidst a heard of cows; Flog coat to gypos for use in their undercover milking raids, buy a new (smaller) beef with the proceeds.
Alternatively, re-mince the beef in a blender with 2 eggs and one tablespoon of cement powder, build baby morph sized genuine cow ornaments, bake in kiln for 3 hours, place on mantelpiece once cooled.

Chrispy chilly beef?
Link to a recipe, please!don said:
Hash. Bung some into a food processor. Whizz. Mash into mashed potato. Make little cakes of it. Into oven to crisp up the outside or into a frying pan to brown the outside.
I really like that idea. What herbs/spices do you think I could put in?you just need some soy sauce, honey, rice wine, sugar, and chili paste or you can cheat and buy sweet chili sauce.

"Bitterballen"
A Dutch bar-snack, but you can make them at home. It is a bit of a hassle, but they freeze well so just make lots of them! Basically shredded left-over beef (or chicken), a roux, breadcrumbed (freeze at this stage), and then deepfried.
This looks likely: http://www.coquinaria.nl/english/recipes/Stock/Kro...

Very strange stuff
Mob,Whatever it is that you are 'using' I'd, respectfully suggest that you refrain

Chop it up, bung into a pot with some grated potato and carrots, fried onion, garlic, courgette/butternut, tomatoes, rosemary & oregano, pearly barley and half a stock cube for some home made soup
