viper prize to the person who can name four of the faces in the pic (except Paul wink )

Oh God, please dont remind me of that day getmecoat

So we were all getting ready to go out on a couple of laps, various Vipers were starting there engines, I shut the boot down and went to get in the car, then realised I had locked the keys in the boot yikes

Still thank god the boys of HALES Racing Knew how to get the Keys out wink

A good day apart from that. Oh and we also managed a bit of a Brown trouser moment on the way there when we hit a patch of water on a dual carrage way!!! getmecoat

Rockingham was the first UK Viper Club event for Mary and I - and the first time I'd ever seen another Viper on the road. Paul Lacey's GTS coming down the A14 behind me with no other cars on the road was a sight I'll never forget.

We were in the car behind fatboy and Keith when he shut the keys in. I remember the Hayles guys used our trunk as a reference to get the keys with about 2 minutes before the laps started!

My RT/10 right at the back

An I am not in the photo, but on the balcony with Neil.

First day I met Steve and the rest of you, ammendment no it wasn't old age is catching me up, its when we went to Silverstone with Chrysler we met at a posh hotel for breakfast on Chrysler then off to the track for a parade lap behind the 'Fire Tender Jaguar' I remember his word 'No one overtakes me' as he shot off at 100 mph.

The photo was taken by Chryslers Photographer.

Neil and I have a Photoshopped one as in the UK Wayne, Neil and me were really the Viper fathers of our group, if I can get it out the frame I will scan and post it.

Rockingham was not quite as nice it pee'd down all day and we met in Burger King these the keys in the boot and Nad got Black Flagged for coming out of the pit lane sideways.

Great times

No Rockingham was 2001 I remember it well but I think you will find that Silverstone was way before that perhaps 2000 or even 1999 I had only had my RT/10 about a year. This was the other photo :-

JESUS CHRIST!!!! Neil!!! In a Photo!!! If I wasn't seeing it with my own eyes I wouldn't believe it!!! laugh

That yellow & Blue RT at the front must be the one that was up at Bauer Millet for a few years by the look of it?? Who's was that? I wonder where it is now... It hasn't popped up for quite a while... Always liked the look of that one. (Despite the interior colour, before Neil says it wink )
