Classifieds feedback system

Not sure if this has been discussed before but would there be any way of implementing some kind of feedback system for sellers in the classifieds? Some buyers can be understandably nervous when sending money to unknown sellers in the hope that the goods turn up. It's not always practical to turn up and pay for and collect the goods in person.
