Was that you in the Cerb that left the hotel around 11:30? I was sat in the Gorge Cafe with a few PH'ers. We noted the presence of several GTOs' too

There was a load of them & FTO's in the hotel car park.

I'd been to Newbury races on Saturday & left the car at the hotel. I've tracked them down to a another web site. Apparently it was there AGM & annual day out. I think they'd been to a fancy dress party on a boat .

Which cafe was you in ? That one opposite the hotel, or was there one behind the hotel by the river ?

The Gorge is the one opposite the hotel on the roundabout.

Yup, saw a few near the dog track heading into town on the A33 around lunchtime.
