I am thinking about buying a second Cerb.
The only problem is that the chassis has some surface rust.

Does anyone know a good company or person who can do a body off repair/rebuild for that Cerb.

Thanks for your help,

Frank

about what kind of costs do i have to think, couse i know it is a hell of a job... to do a good refurb you really have to do a body of... otherwise in a couple of years you will have do it again...

so better to do the whole thing straight away...

but that comes with a price... but how big is that

JensenA on here had some refurbed Cerb chassis available as an exchange item some time back.

Might be worth checking with him if he has any at the moment.

think that my big problem is to put everything back together. That is why I am looking for a company or person who has a good reputation for doing the whole job for me.

But thank you very much! all ideas are very welcome

Depends what you have done really. Mine ended up with poly bushes, new lines, hoses, nitrons and wheels! The basic chassis rebuild can be as dear or as cheap as you want, but mine is solid for the next 25 years but cost £xxxxx.xx by the time I'd finished adding stuff.

Speak to Richard at Dulford and he will happily discuss what you want done. The best thing is he will not do anything without your go ahead and keeps you firmly in the loop from the start.

AFIK anthing from £5000 to £9000 depending if you change all the bushes to poly, braided brake lines, suspension upgrade, disc pads etc, the list goes on wink
