Which chassis coating?
Discussion
I had looked at POR15 aparently it is very good.
Make sure you are very careful with it as it will stick to alomst anything and is a B*T*H to get off in fact in most cases impossible.
You'll need old clothes/overals and double layered rubber gloves to apply it.
Good news is once its on it aint going anywhere.
I bottled out (well between me and my friend who did all the work we did) and went the Hammerite route.
If my wedge needs doing again sometime (maybe 10-15 years?) I'll go for the POR15.
Just my 10p worth.

My experience of POR15 is not good although I could be doing a disservice to the product. My chassis was newly painted with it when I bought it but the stuff just peeled off the bare metal underneath. Of course it could all be down to incorrect prep - but I stripped it back and had it zinc coated and painted.
