Help! Booked a VXR track day from GM offical site but...

... Turns out I need to change the date and venue, due to a holiday I wasn't aware of (bought as present).

I emailed [e-mail] 11 days ago and after initial auto responder have not received anything back.

I did see a number on the website previously but it seems to have disappeared!

Anyone have any previous experience with VXR track days and can help? (I think they go through ticketweb).
