Alcantara Cleaning Techniques?

Im slowly going over my car, and trying to get it to a reasonable standard. However, i have no idea how to clean my seats. They're half leather, half alcantara and so far all i've come up with is to hoover them at a low pressure...

What should i be doing to keep them looking good?

Any help appreciated as i really have no clue....
