We have a transit that was being driven by one of two posible drivers on a given day - of that there is no doubt.

However, it was clocked at 46 in a 30 zone and strangely enough neither crewman can remember which was driving or are blaming each other.

What's the next move? I have no qualms about giving the court both their names if need be (heartless b'stard )

yiw - giving both names will probably do it.

Being a company vehicle the company should have a record of past NIPs which have been returned. This might need to be presented to the BiB to convince them that you normally have good intentions.

We work hand in glove with BiB, think armoured transit van and men in blue helmets.

Any photo record will show the back or front of the van - and I know you cannot identify people through inch thick bullet proof glass.

We think we can prove who was driving by checking their collection/delivery receipts for either side of the offence. Usually one drives and then the other runs and they swap over, so might be able to find out that way.

You might be more productive if you bought them a van with two seats.

Sorry, I couldn't help taking the pi55, you sound like such a nice boss. Any relation to Saddam?

No but my middle names are Adolf Benito

In all honesty if one of them doesn't own up, then I'll return the form and tell them we cannot say for sure who was driving and take the consequences.

Trouble is, if word gets around then we will have all our crew breaking speed limits 'safe' in the knowledge they will get away with it.
