I'm usually up until aboyt 4am, I'm unemployed and find the mornings really depressing so I sleep 4am - midday.

Also as everyone else in the house goes to bed at arond 11:30pm I get a good 4 hours piece and quiet to do paperwork, freelance CAD, and catch up on the good TV.

that does sound quite depressing......
when i was inbetween jobs, i used to be awake until daft O'clock, then sleep through the day. not good fella.

unsure whether this applies to you, but i was taught to getting a job like having a job. Examples being; up early, 1hr lunch, early night... especially if you get the house to yourself during the day - best time do some work?

if all else fails - but the bbc worldservice on; that bugger sent me straight to sleep ! biggrin
