Family Portrait Photography

As an anniversary present, i am thinking of arranging a family portrait photo session (i guess thats what you would call them!)

having no idea about this kind of thing, and google not being much use, can anybody suggest or reccommend a place/person/company in the north wales/north west/west midlands region?
