just had their tuna salad with rocket, edamame, soya beans, and a ginger/soy/coriander dressing.

will definitely be stealing this and making my own. i am already a big fan of their orzo pasta with slow roasted toms and their wednesleydale sarnies with caramelised carrot chutney.

i could get used to this healthy eating!

this was 210 calories, i checked getmecoat

i was going to get a smoothie until i saw it had almost 40g of sugar in it!

I wish they did healthy things as part of their £2 deal, prawn sarnie is ok, but you have to have crisps... and then a cheeky £1 samosa... biggrin

fking worrying isn't it? I've got a packet of biscuits downstairs, 141 cals each, and they're about the size of a 50p!

Trick is to visit the "baguette shop," I hate to think how many calories are in my usual Salami, Swiss Cheese, Olives and Mayo filled foot long bread stick.
