Am I missing something here?

Decided to watch Long Way Round yesterday and went through the whole thing. Bit worrying but anyway...

There's a track used called 'One Perfect Sunrise' by Orbital. I really like it so checked iTunes (normally buy music from here), and they don't have it. I'd heard about amazon's downloads so checked there. Nope, they have is this:

What I want to know (without sounding ignorant etc. I confess to not knowing much about music) is whether I'm missing something which would explain the price . The way I understand it, it's a normal CD?

Could someone shed some light on this please?

There is probably a limited number of copies of the CD single, hence people are selling them at prices for collectors..

Isn't the track available on an album? I am sure it will be cheaper....

It's the last track on "The Blue Album" as well, rather than buying a single of it...
