Suggest a search of past threads on here and maserati forum. You'll find all you need to know and much you don't.
If you still have specific unanswered question I'll be happy to help.

hi mate, when i was at maserati dick lovett in swindon i was told even by them that the car was very unreliable and i was also told the same thing at an independant dealer, not very well built and head gaskets go alot, so im not surprised when they are so cheap.
ive never owned one but all i can say is that ive driven the 4200 and gransport and if i were you id spend the extra £3,000 or £4,000 and ge a better built car.

Tosh and pivel dear chap, couldn't have been them not having them in stock and trying to get you to spend money on what they did have could it? I have had mine for nearly all its life and its almost 9 nine now so I think that just about qualifies me as knowlegable on the subject.

no im friends with dick lovett of dick lovett ferrari and he said that the majority of them are a shambles and if his budget were around 15,000 then he would branch out and go for the 4200 as they are more reliable, so no he wasnt trying to sell me a car, hes just a friend of the family.

On the left of the screen just under gassing station there is a search facility for previous threads.
Type in 3200 and spend the next two days reading through the lot.
If your confuddled at the end and need clarification on anything give me a shout.
