Im looking at getting an Xbox steering wheel. Is the MS one the best for the price?

Also how is it best to secure it? can you sit on the sofa etc with it on your knee or does it need to be mounted?

Fanatec are releasing a wheel which is cross platform, PS3/PC/Sexboxtreesixty

Get that with their Clubsport pedals probably be the best set up you can get.

the m$ wheel is good, very well built and sturdy piece of kit.

Can be used on lap, but better to be secured on a table etc if possible. Note dispite it claiming to be wireless, to get the feedback it does need to be plugged into the mains, so not truely wireless.

Another MS user here. No complaints, works fab although I think you will struggle with any wheel unless it's fairly firmly mounted to something and not on your lap.

Madcatz micro wheel+pedals, only £20 and is pretty fun to use.

Mines too, there are a few of us using it in the championship lobbies and no-one has ever complained!

IMO, the M$ one is fantastic.

Ordered that a few weeks before Xmas.

I wondered where it had got to before I realised it was due for delivery in June.

Can't wait as its a sexy bit of kit by all accounts. (and might even replace the g25 on the PC/PS3
