I suggest that you don't do it, becasue it will make your car look ghey.
If you do want to do it, then maplin sell loads of LED's, switches and etc. But seriously, please consider _not_ doing it.

I total agree with mrm96 but there maybe some exceptions. The right car with the right light set up just might look alright if you are using the lights for your turn indicators. We did several different lengths of lights on the front bumpers of my 78 Taimar and they all looked "tacky" in my opinion. We were cutting out the crossmembers of the front hood along with the area that has the TR6 turn/marker lights to get more fresh air to enter the engine compartment. We found a guy here in Calgary, Alberta Canada that makes a unit that can be fitted into the ends of handlebars of motorcycles and can be used as a turn signal light. By crystalizing the inside of the lense the brightness of the led light can be changed. If you do want to do it, then maplin sell loads of LED's, switches and etc. But seriously, please consider _not_ doing it.

In my opinion, the strip lighting has always looked "tacky/chav/cheesy" or anything else you want to call it but let your mind wonder and experiment with different things and you will probably find the look that suits you, the owner and driver of your car. We are doing major changes to our 2 Taimars that some people will hate but over here very few people have ever seen a TVR let alone 1 that is 30 years old. Good luck with whatever your choice is and whatever you do, make it the most professional job possible.
