Fecking Job centre

The geniuses at the job center have decided that despite telling me my claim was progressing and sending me the letter telling me what money i was eligible for etc have now decided without telling me or contacting me that they need more information in order to process my claim. To increase the kafkaesqueness of this they won't tell me what i need. What really pisses me off is that I phoned them before I left the course I was on to check I would be eligible and to find out what I would need, so only now after I have left do they decide they need stuff that could have effected my decision. What is the fking point in them sending me all the info, calling me in to sign on etc then deciding without asking me for or telling me about the paperwork they need then deciding to suspend my claim because they haven't got the information that they didn't ask me for.

Yeah but they could have actually told me they needed the info rather than letting me chase them as to why i hadn't received any money. Or do i need to develop psychic powers?
