Zorst on a 96 XJ

A few months back the zorst started blowing and as I undersatnd it, it is a known fault tat they go very near the manafold. Had it welded but it went agin as I went over a massve pothole. I will claim the cost of repair back from the council but in the mean time I want the thing sorted as I am considering selling the car so I need a good, and preferablyu cheap, Jag place in North London. Any ideas? Also is it possible to re-weld it just to get her running for now?
