bentley GT flyingspur parking brake light fault

as u know the flying spur has the auto parking brake,well we have one just out of warranty and the P light error comes up on he dash every now and again but does clear,bentley want alot to fix it,any one ever had same problem and know a fix

Mine did that. I wasn't worried about it as I never use the parking brake anyway, but it was the possibility of it to come on at speed that prompted me to get it done. New ECU under warranty.

My gt had the same fault.new parking brake ecu replaced under warranty.has not recured.doesnt affect driving and usually went out when ignition was turned on and off..Harry D.

yeh that wat they want to do but not under warranty looking at 2-3k,

Hello,

This is a common problem with the Bentley Continental range.
Its not too bad to replace but it needs to be set up with a VAS diagnostic computer.
