What would you say to him?

A "friend" has just emailed me this as he wants some advice on what to say to him. Basically this guy didn't get any "action" at all whilst he was in the UK, and went on a trip a couple of months ago which ended up in the Philippines. Whilst there he met "the girl of his dreams" - he came back home for a month but has now quit everything to go out and see her again. Next thing he knows he sends him this video. I stress that he has only known the girl (if she is one) for just over a month.

So what would you recommend he says to him??

Why doesn't he just send back something like "congrats mate - all the best. Cheers for the vid". What else can he possibly say??
