Hi Guys
I'm getting married at the end of next month.
We've been going out for 4 years, and have lived together for 3.
Now, apart from it being a symbol of commitment, enjoying the ceremony and honeymoon and maybe having children in the future, does anything actually change?
Nothing changes really. I'm getting married at the end of next month.

You did mention having kids though.
That's when you take your old life, put it in a blender, feed it to a dog, strap the dog to a bomb, explode the bomb, then clean up the mess, put it all in the bin and then ship the bin to Venezuela.

Depends if you think something ought to change. And if something ought to change? What is it? And will it be a good thing?
I'd ask your wife-to-be this question. And preferably BEFORE you finally marry her.

I got married about 8 weeks ago and nothing has changed other than having a rather excessive bar tab on my credit card that had to be paid off! I'm getting married at the end of next month.

Was in much the same situation as you, together for almost 4 years and lived together for 3.
Enjoy the day and good luck
