I bought my last lot of tyres from tirerack in the US. Great service and they worked out at a good price even after shipping/taxes/fitting. That was before the 1.47 exchange rate though.

These are the people I always use to fit them. Always specialized in fat rubber. Their prices are sometimes good. worth a look
