Race Pro DLC ??

I had pretty much given up all hope of the promised DLC for Race Pro as the time they said it would be out has been and is long gone...

However, I just spotted that one of the fixes in the patch is :

"- Fixed issue when creating a session with downloaded car and inviting a player that doesn’t have the car "

So, the flame of hope is slightly brighter now and I am hoping someone on here may know what is happening with the DLC ?
