Is it me or does that look like it is made to a tight budget, shouldn't you have equal lengths for each system?!. I'd look at the Urban racing design if you have £1000 to spend, it uses v-clamps like the turbo hoses one and all the bends and lengths are sweet aswell.

Its you Jamie , the quality of the system is spot on H&S make systems for some of the best cars in the country and have been asked to quote for the new Noble , next to my car was a 3/4 of a million pond Bently and the other side was a new porsche 997 ,if you don,t like the system buy something else ...simple .
Hi Simon hope your well... The only concern I see with the H&S system is the fact that you have to cut the Cat downpipe to enable the fitting of this system. The Urban Racing system is a direct bolt on system with no cutting and simply bolts to the exsisting downpipe flanges.
The only other comment I want to make is that neither Urbans system or H&S system have any flexi joints!!!! I did suffer from snapping turbo studs at their was no give in the system. I have since had flexi sections fitted and has been good now for over 10k

Hi Rich , did talk to H&S about flexi fitting but they did not feel it was neccesary , they fixed the boxes together then have hung them from the frame so no weight was hanging on the down pipe , to use the urban system you need to change both the downpipes and cats as well they don,t do a rear box only system . Also Rich the system that urban wanted to do was a 1 piece rear box with a crossover in it spoke in length with Dave about it sounded like good stuff guess thats why they wanted the car for 4 weeks .

Flexi joints? Sports cats? now people should see why the more expensive systems are so painfully priced.
Ceramic coating anyone
The TurboHoses system is fully ceramic coated and is a direct bolt-on to the factory downpipe flanges and uses the factory rubber mounts. To put that in price perspective, their catback system is $2775 US.Ceramic coating anyone

Hi guys n dolls well I have been following this debate with much interest. I went down the JNM/Piper route I will post pics later when I get back to the office having a breakfast in Holt this morning then going to Snetterton to watch a Noble perform (dont let me down Chillidog and AW )but from this you will see a great difference in build quality and design you defo need flex joints or you will be forever more welding up your manifolds/tightening up your turbos, trust me here as I have a wealth of experiance that I'am giving you for nowt (40yrs in vehicle design and engineering),I dont like putting someones product down but this needs flex joints plus a rethink on the sleeve joints and some practice making the bends now I understand this might be a forerunner to a production one but it has fell a bit short look at Craigs system thats how it should be, dosnt need to be all shinny but with that sort of detail in design and build you will also see this with the JNM and the Piper/Roush.You must remember that these cars whilst they are now coming into a price band that make them accesable to the masses, once purchased they still have the same running cost as new, possibly higher, going for lesser priced replacement parts is not the answer in the long term. Stop and think of the long game with these cars they are moving into the classic sports car field and you have the pleasure in owning a cult british sports car dont ruin them by retro fitting badly designed substandard parts, making a generalisation here this is the problem with the UK ,IMHO you only have to look at the banking system to see what happen when you employ sub standard people right said Fred.Bye till laters
