Gran turismo 5 release date?

Hi there, does anyone know when Gran turismo 5 is going to be released?, i have Gt5 prolouge, but the real game seems like it will never get done. Is it still going to happen?.

Sometime this year according to a quick trawl of Google. One place said December for EU release.

There was some teaser press release which hinted at a release date of the beginning of December, don't hold your breath though!
