Gentleman,
What are you preferences to watch strap materials?

Most of my watches are bracelets but i prefer a leather strap. I find bracelets are too heavy and rubber just feels uncomfortable when water is introduced.

1) Bracelet
2) Leather
3) Rubber

with a VERY strong bias towards 1).

Bracelets, all the time ... I prefer a bit of weight in my watches, especially as it reminds me I'm wearing one when in close proximity to brick walls hehe I usually feel that if the watch has a fair amount of stainless steel/titanium etc in it's construction, then it looks a bit out-of-place on a leather strap - Obviously my opinion only, and I do make exceptions smile

1) Leather
2) Rubber
3) Nylon (Nato/Rhino style)

Never a bracelet, hate them.

1) leather here as well.

I never seem to be able to get the fitting on bracelets correct. The level of adjustment that a leather strap gives by moving a notch is massively better than taking links out of bracelets

Was surprised recently at how comfortable a cheapo silicon strap that I put my PO on whilst on holiday was

Bracelet. I always fancied a leather strap, but as I tend to put my watch on and leave it on for days/weeks/months, leather just ends up really stinky.

yes Ditto.

However, I do prefer to buy watches with a bracelet because it tends to make things easier in the event of a resale.
