Bit of a random question, Im asking on behalf of a mate:
1) How much do you actually pay for your haircut?
2) And how long does it take your hairdresser?
ETA 3) Also, what kind of cut do you get? (Its actually the time factor which is the main reason for the post)

Many thanks in advance for any replies smile

edited because Im surprised at some of the times people are quoting

Since Im asking, £7.50, 20 minutes, tipped up to £10.
Or 40 minutes if I get the old lady who cuts at a snails pace, same price.

Depends upon whether I can be arsed to go into town, which is 11 miles away. If I do, £7.50 and a bit of chat about toy cars with a bloke who owns an Elise. If not, the missus has a go at it, and I then spend the next week finding bits she's missed. Or I give up and do it myself.

£10 and about 10 minutes.

Although I did try Toni and Guy last weekend, just to see what the difference would be. £40 and 30 minutes later my hair looked the same as when I went in, and all I had to show for it was the memory of the breasts of the young hairwasher being shoved in my face as she washed, rinsed, conditioned, rinsed, lotioned, rinsed my hair.

I have another booking this weekend...

last one was £9 and took about half hour, she washed my hair and I got a cup of tea.
I must admit the time before that went into 'essentials' in bath which is run by toni n guy and it cost £35!
But I'd just come into some ££ so didn't really care.

Exactly the same here (my missus that is, not Mrs SS2)
